Register on-line

1. Choose the “Registration” button and accept the regulations.
2. Fill in an initial form in order to create your individual registration account.
3. After completing the form, log in to your individual registration account using PESEL number* as your login, as well as your password.
4. Once you log in, follow the next steps of registration.

PLEASE NOTE that if you do not have your PESEL number, the system will automatically generate an artificial one for you.

*PESEL number is the national identification number used in Poland given to Polish citizens and all permanent residents of Poland as well as temporary residents living in Poland for over 2 months.
